Here are the forms you will need to register to play or coach basketball in Sharon. You may also register by visiting the Sharon Recreation Department at 121 Lakeview Street in Sharon. However, we urge you to register by mail. Download and complete the appropriate form below and mail to: Sharon Recreation Department, 121 Lakeview Street, Sharon MA, 02067.
